The animated project is mainly for Twitch and may be used freely there. For the use of outside coming platforms like Patreon, YouTube, Websites etc. it has to be agreed with me before, because this could lead to a change to the price.

You may post it on your social media channels as long as I am linked and the watermark version is used to avoid theft.

The project may not be resold or passed off as your own project.

Please note that I'm not a full-time artist and have a job on the side, so I can't work on many commissions at once. Pushing me to work faster will not benefit you or me and will result in no future projects with you.

I have the right to stream the process on Twitch unless otherwise agreed in advance.

I may use the final project in my portfolio and post it on social media.

I may decline orders if I realize in advance that the desired requirements exceed my current skill level.

If the requested changes are too large, I am free to charge a surcharge or reject the corrections.

If the customer wishes to keep the project secret until a certain date (e.g. until a debut), this must be communicated by him in advance and a fee of twice the price of the animation will be charged, as the secrecy eliminates advertising.

If confidentiality has not been communicated in advance, I have the right to post the work. I repeat, this must be specified WHEN SUBMITTING THE COMMISSION.

If after the completion of the project the date of the debut, for example, is postponed more than twice, I have the right to post it after three months of the last date mentioned, otherwise there will be no advertising. In special cases, however, this can be negotiated (e.g. illness, other artists can't keep up, etc.).

The duration of a commission can go from one to eight weeks. Depending on how big the project is and what is required.

If there is a deadline, it must be communicated in advance. The date of the deadline cannot be submitted afterwards.

If the client does not respond to the updates and changes within 14 days, the project will be discontinued and the latest version of the commission will be sent. The project is considered to be finished.

The finished project will be made available via a google Drive link.

The folder with the respective files will be deleted after 3 months. Please save the files as soon as possible.

After the project is finished, no further changes will be accepted.

Mizu (Mizune) retains the rights to the animated product not the client, which is why I may use it on social media and on my website.

The buyer may use his animated product on Twitch, as background for Pc/Mobile, as emotes on Discord or Twitch or as sticker for Discord. If used on outside platforms, this will be agreed upon beforehand. It is important to credit me.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way without owning a commercial license.
